GDPR

The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) came into force on 25th May 2018. This requires that personal data will be:

1. Processed fairly, lawfully and transparently
2. Processed for a specified and legitimate purpose
3. Adequate, relevant and limited to what is relevant
4. Accurate and up to date
5. Kept no longer than necessary
6. Stored securely using technical and organisational measures
