2014 Wirral Shoulders’ Mini Tennis Tournament
The Acorns Primary and Nursery School Tennis Team were delighted to have won the 2014 Wirral Shoulders’ Mini Tennis Tournament which was held at Neston Recreation Centre. The tournament is organised every year by Mal Stocker Jones, LTA Coach. 13 local primary schools took part in the tournament. Shaun Griffiths Macintosh, from The Acorns, also won Player of the Tournament Award from a selection of 100 children. A big thank you goes to Neston High School for the use of the Recreation Centre without which the tournament would not be possible.
